Join us at Campbellsville First Methodist Church on Main Street for Gentle Yoga on Mondays from 4-5 PM with Certified Yoga Instructor, Jessie Harden-Calhoun. This class is open to anyone ages 16+ whose body allows them to get on the floor and back up to standing.

We will focus on stress relieving techniques with breath work and full body relaxation, increasing flexibility, and reducing pain. Bring your own mat! Blocks will be provided.

Your help is needed to make our participation in the 400 MILE YARD SALE in June a success.

We are looking for clean and gently used household goods.  Please continue to donate clothing to Holy Threads Clothes Closet, as we will not be accepting clothing for the 400 Mile Sale.

We will be able to accept your household donated items at the church until Sunday, May 24th, for the June 4-6 sale.

The sale will take place in the church parking lot between First and Broadway, behind the church.  Times and details will follow at a later date.

This is a great way to bless someone else and our church with items you no longer need or want.  Proceeds from the sale will benefit our Children's and Youth Ministries.
